Jeff Wolfenden, Pharmacist and Owner
Jeff, a graduate of the Samford University School of Pharmacy, is the owner of three independent community pharmacies: Crawford’s Pharmacy in Cleveland, Madison Avenue Pharmacy in Athens, and Stan’s Compounding Pharmacy in Dayton. He is an active member of the National Community Pharmacists Association and the Tennessee Pharmacists Association.
Jeff is an active member of the Cleveland City / Bradley County Chamber of Commerce. He and his wife, Lisa, enjoy spending time at the lake, traveling, supporting the Tennessee Volunteers, and spending time with their children and grandchildren. Jeff and Lisa have a great dane named Zeus.
Sydney Schriver Hopper, Pharmacist and Owner
Sydney, a graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy in Memphis, is a native of Cleveland. She completed a community pharmacy residency at Clinton Drug Store in Clinton, Tennessee. Sydney most recently worked at Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga. She recognized the need for packaging of medications as she watched her mom care for her elderly grandparents. Sydney is certified in Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services and is a member of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists.
Sydney is involved in the Master Gardening Program through the University of Tennessee Extension. She also enjoys participating in the Walk to End Alzheimers. Sydney and her husband, Andrew, enjoy gardening and traveling. They have a cocker spaniel named Riley.
Leighann Skelton, Certified Pharmacy Technician
Leighann, a native of Dalton, Georgia, earned an Associate of Science degree in 2002 while attending Cleveland State Community College on a softball scholarship. She has been a certified pharmacy technician for over ten years at Crawford’s Pharmacy in Cleveland. Leighann is dedicated to customer service. She finds satisfaction in helping others and getting to know her patients.
Leighann and her husband, Patrick, have two beautiful children. Their family enjoys being active outdoors and participating in many different sports.
Blake Wolfenden, Accountant
Blake graduated from the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga, with a business degree. While in college, he worked as a certified pharmacy technician at Crawford’s Pharmacy.
Blake serves on the board for the Raider Rumble Foundation. Blake enjoys watching his son play basketball. He also likes the Atlanta Braves and the Tennessee Volunteers.
Blake and his wife, Jessica, enjoy taking their two children to Disney World.
Brenda Burns, Certified Pharmacy Technician
Brenda, a native of Cleveland, TN, has worked in independent community pharmacy for 23 years. She is a certified pharmacy technician and loves building relationships with her patients. Over the years, her experience of caring for her patients, parents, and grandparents has shown her how much confusion there can be with medication management. She is excited about the services offered here at Pharmacy Home Care of East Tennessee.
Brenda and her husband, Joe, have one son. She enjoys watching her son play basketball, baseball, and football. Their family enjoys going to the lake and fishing.
